摘要

The article deals with the influence of technological parameters in the production of precision seamless tubes for the automotive industry from the point of view of drawing using two different methods in one technological sequence. Tube drawn technology for the orders is set to three draws on mandrel and three hollow sinking draws. The dimension input of the blank is 0 44.5 x 8.00 mm, length 4500 mm and output dimension 0 14.35 x 4.79 mm. The experimental material is 25CrMo4 according the norm EN 10216-2+A2. Measurement of the surface temperature of the tube and a functional parts of tools surface temperature during tube drawing was carried out to map the heating of the working temperature of the too] and to assess the impact on the dimensional stability of the drawn tube with dimension 0 26 x 5.25 mm (draws on mandrel) and 0 17 x 4.96 mm (hollow sinking).
