An member emailed with a very good question, "1/ a person wants to let the greenhouse rest for the winter is there something we need to do to the soil? I was always told not to let the soil stay dry inside of the greenhouse but I cannot find any information out there as what to do."First things first. If letting the greenhouse idle for the winter months, be sure to turn off and drain any hoses and water lines in the greenhouse or leading to the greenhouse unless those lines are buried two feet underground or below the frost line for your area.
