A Roseate Spoonbill

We were in the neighborhood of the Old Cedar Avenue Bridge in the early afternoon of August 26th. Since it was Sunday and the road work crews were not working, we decided to walk down through the construction equipment and see what progress was being made. We weren't really equipped for hireling, but always carry a couple of pairs of binoculars in the car, so we grabbed them and headed down the hill.
