Spot LNG prices in the premium Northeast Asian market have taken a breather since hitting $11.70 per million Btu in mid-September, 300 above last winter's high. World Gas Intelligence most recently assessed prices for cargo deliveries four to eight weeks ahead at $11.30/MMBtu on weaker fundamentals and fresh supply, while current price indications for deliveries during the Northern Hemisphere winter in December and beyond are $12-$13/MMBtu (p9).
