The National Conference on 'Renewable Energy Technologies and its Integration with Grid' was organized by the Central Board of Irrigation & Power, CIGRE-India & Society of Power Engineers, India at Vadodara.M/s GUVNL & GEDA were the Co-organisers for the Conference & M/s Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Ltd. (GETCO) was Knowledge Partner. M/s ABB Ltd. was the Technology partner for the conference.The broad objective of the conference was to provide a forum for open discussions and exchange of information on the latest state-of-the-art technology as it is very necessary for the professionals to capture the latest knowledge and innovations so as to keep the pace with the advancement taking place in this sector and contribute effectively not only to their organisation but also to the nation to ensure better performance of Power System.
