Earlier this year Republic Services opened its Texas recycling facility. Built by Bollegraaf Recycling Solutions and Van Dyk Recycling Solutions in Piano, the "Next-Gen" serves more than 510,000 residents and 2500 commercial customers throughout Piano, Richardson and other neighbouring cities. When it comes to dealing with the material the plant receives, Republic takes a unique approach with the technology developed by Bollegraaf on its sorting line.
