AUMA releases update Assistant App

Electric actuator manufacturer AUMA has released version 2.0 of the AUMA Assistant App, which now incorporates the entire functionality of the previously separate AUMA Support App. Comprehensive device configuration and diagnostics functions as well as detailed actuator documentation are now available in a single app. Running on Android smartphones and tablets, the app uses Blue-tooth wireless communication to transfer data to and from the actuator. All the actuator's operating parameters can be set via the app, saving considerable time and cost during commissioning. Parameter settings can also be prepared offline and transmitted to the actuator on site at a later point in time. In addition, parameter settings can be copied from one actuator to another.
