Today,we are all experiencing a great surge in business.Whether you are supplying tires to a construction company a quarry or aggregate operation,mining both surface and underground,demand has been high and the request for service to install tires is increasing.This is where the tire meets the rim,and how the customer views not just you but also your company.We all work hard to build a strong base of customers,which is critical in keeping you and the company you work for financially strong.But one bad service experience may cause your customers to start looking for another supplier.We have to be careful not to overpromise and underdeliver.With equipment utilization being very high,customers are much more demanding,and you have to make sure the business you have can be properly supported.Taking on new business and growing your OTR offering should be a great opportunity,but today you need to fully analyze your capabilities and determine if your company can properly service what business you have before you determine what new business you can take on tomorrow.
