Reckitt Benckiser Group PLC is ex- tending its Optrex range in the UK with a new daily eye-care dietary supplement. Optrex ProVision - which RB said was launched in Boots pharmacies in August and would be rolled out to online retail- ers “soon” - contained a range of “sci- entifcally proven” ingredients to help maintain normal vision. Alongside zinc and vitamin B2, lutein and zeaxanthin kept the macula of the eye - responsible for our central vision which is used to see shapes, color and details - healthy, RB continued. As the eye was the “fast- est moving muscle in the human body,” Optrex ProVision also contained magne- sium, RB explained, which contributed to normal muscle function.
