On four occurrences, Figure 16 was incorrectly referred to as Figure 14 within the text on pages 61, 62, and 63. On page 61, the first sentence in the second paragraph should read, "For Event A in Figure 16, only the Fpl-F7 and Fp2-F8 channels need to be considered in determining the direction of eye movement; note that the deflection is downwards." On page 62, the second sentence in the first paragraph should read, "For Event C in Figure 16, the F7 and F8 electrodes are recording opposite polarities: F7 is negative and F8 is positive."
