Mining Mobile Communication and personnel location system is an important part of implementation of mine safety production management in the underground mine and plays an important role in the process of emergency situations. This article first analyses the present situation and characteristics, discusses the related mainstream technology available and expounds the key technology of the mine mobile communication and personnel location system, combining with practical application to explore the relationship between mine wireless communication systems and personnel location system in the process of application, finally combining the development of broadband communications to make the outlook analysis of the development prospect on the application of the mining mobile communication and personnel location system in a under ground mine.
