We read the publication on "Role of second-look transurethral resection of bladder tumors (TURBTs) for newly diagnosed T1 bladder cancer: Experience at a single center" with a great interest.Tseng et al. concluded that "TURBT could help in deciding the subsequent treatment step if a residual tumor was found." In fact, the second look is the common practice use in many kinds of surgery including to gynecological surgery.
