Supporting the psychosocial needs of patients receiving treatment for urological cancers: feedback from a scoping project for psychology provision at UCLH

It is well documented that a diagnosis of cancer and subsequent treatments can have a profound psychosocial impact on patients' lives. Treatments for urological cancers (including prostate, bladder, penile and testicular cancer) can lead to problems with incontinence, erectile dysfunction, body image issues, fatigue and a reduced quality of life.
