The October 2001 issue of Corrosion and Materials detailed the ACA Strategic Plan for 2002-2006. For those who took the time to review this ambitious but nether-the-less achievable plan, would have noted that the communications objectives were many. Having recently taken over the position of Operations Committee-Communications Director from Wayne Burns, I came on board prepared for a challenge. I suppose I should have taken the time to read pages 14 and 15 of the October 2001 issue a little closer before volunteering!
