More mills in India restart as COVID-19 precautions slowly loosen, but paper demand remains poor

Following a mass shutdown of industry and most public life in India over late March and April during one of the strictest anti-COVID 19 lockdowns in the world, more paper and board (P&.B) mills there are coming back online.
