South Korean finance ministry charging ADDs on Chinese, Finnish and Japanese coated paper

The South Korean Finance Ministry has started collecting the coated paper dumping duties that were suggested by the Korean Trade Commission (KTC) last year (No. 48, 2017, p.5). The KTC asked for 56.3% duties to be imposed on coated paper from Japan. The proposed duties for China and Finland ranged from 9% to 12% and 4.6% to 10.5%, respectively.
