Nine Dragons fires up 950,000 tonnes/yr of new recycled containerboard capacity in China

Nine Dragons Paper (Holdings) has kicked off trial runs on two new recycled containerboard machines in China, boosting the group's tota paper and board capacity there to about 15 million tonnes/yr. One is the 350,000 tonne/yr PM 39, which was started up last month at its mill in Quanzhou city in the southern province of Fujian.
