Shipping and logistical issues muddy waters of the Asian newsprint market

The price range is growing on the Asian newsprint market as opposing forces hit it. The market is still seeing structurally dropping demand, to the point of some declines of around $10/tonne being -eported early in the quarter. Outside of India, however, those drops were not to levels below the bottom of the Q4 2019 ranges (No. 46, 2019, p.1).
