Nine Dragons continues expansions in China, USA; profits drop due to RCP costs and import tariffs

Nine Dragons Paper (Holdings) is planning to add a total of 2.05 million tonnes/yr of recycled containerboard capacity in China by the end of the third quarter. It will commence production on three new recycled linerboard machines by the end of June. These are a 350,000 tonne/yr BM for theQuanzhou mill in Fujian province, a 500,000 tonne/yr BM for Hebei Yongxin in Hebei province and a 600,000 tonne/yr BM for the Shenyang mill in Liaoning province.
