China's Sun Paper starts up 200,000 tonne/yr UKP line in Shandong; expanding elsewhere as well

China's Shandong Sun Paper Industry has started test runs on a 200,000 tonne/yr unbleached softwood kraft pulp line at its Zoucheng mill in Shandong province. It was fired up in March. The line's output is to be mixed with recycled fiber as furnish for the recycled containerboard machines at the Zoucheng mill. The company commissioned four 400,000 tonne/yr BMs there between 2016 and 2018.
