Mexico rolls out pipeline rules intended to boost gas market competition

Mexico’s Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE) has published final modifications to the country’s open access rules for gas pipeline systems. Included are updates to the country’s secondary capacity rules that are intended to increase market transparency and support the development of gas market competition in Mexico.
