Rover Pipeline won approval from the US Federal Energy Regulatory Commission May 1 to bring more portions of the second phase of the 3.25 Bcf/d project into service, including the market segment of the pipeline, its Defiance Compressor Station and its Vector Pipeline delivery meter station. The approval will enable gas to be moved onto the Vector pipeline and then ultimately be delivered to the Dawn storage facilities in eastern Canada.
