It is a long time since I had an interaction with planters when I was associated with the Indian Chamber of Commerce. Since then a lot seems to have changed. I am not an expert in the plantation industry and I cannot advise you on what you should do to get out of the difficulties you are facing and such privileges are available only to the minister.
