摘要

This study examined the effect of mycorrhizal colonization with Glomus intraradices on physiological parameters and foliar nutrient concentrations in Pistacia lentiscus L. and Retama sphaerocarpa (L.) Boissier seedlings subjected to well-watered or drought-stressed conditions. Mycorrhizal inoculation with G. intraradices improved N and K assimilation in P. lentiscus plants under water stress conditions. The intrinsic water use efficiency (photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance ratio) unchanged in mycorrhizal P. lentiscus seedlings and increased in mycorrhizal R. sphaerocarpa seedlings, under drought-stress conditions.
