摘要

Re-investigation of the methanolic extract of Ficus pandurata Hance (Moraceae) fruits, afforded four new ceramides namely, panduramides A-D (1-3 and 5), along with newbouldiamide (4). Their structures were determined on the basis of various spectroscopic and chemical methods, as well as comparison with literature. The isolated compounds were evaluated for their antimicrobial, antimalarial, anti-leishmanial, and cytotoxic activities. In addition, their radioligand displacement affinity on opioid and cannabinoid receptors was assessed. Compound 1 exhibited good affinity towards cannabinoid receptor 1 (CB1) with displacement value of 69.9%.
