Taiwanese authorities are continuing their investigation into a gas pipeline explosion in Kaohsiung that killed at least 30 people.They are refocusing attention on the presence of energy infrastructure near residential areas in the city.The pipeline connecting the Kaohsiung petrochemicals terminal in Taiwan to chemicals producer LCY exploded on 1 August.
