Algeria is allocating $10bn of a larger $90bn oil and gas sector investment programme for 2015-19 for the addition of new refining capacity, stateowned Sonatrach chief executive Said Sahnoun says. The firm aims to sign initial engineering and design contracts for three new refineries soon.
