Funding uncertain for US LNG’s second wave

ExxonMobil and Qatar’s state-owned QP fired the starting gun on a much-hyped second wave of US LNG export capacity this month,after making a final investment decision(FID)on their 15.6mn t/yr Golden Pass terminal project in Texas.But the scale and timing of further investment in US liquefaction capacity remain far from certain.
