A new approach to roll finishing -from batch to continuous processing

Paper and board line are typical continuous production processes.But,in the finishing area,production changes to a batch process.Reels coming from the paper machine are cut into smaller customer rolls,which are then transferred on and processed further.When the number of rolls processed increases,so does the related data flow.
