Who will be using driverless cars?

Audi has created a 'typology of people' who will be using driverless cars. A user typology study being undertaken by Audi is exploring attitudes and emotional reactions to autonomous driving to inform regulation and development. The Pulse of Autonomous Driving study has identified users such as "the suspicious driver" and the "tech-savvy passenger". The initiative was undertaken by &Audi, a mobility company created by Audi, with the market research institute Ipsos, which interviewed 21,000 people in nine countries-China, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Spain, the UK and the USA.
