Slated to be ready in the middle of 2018, the cable system will offer the first direct, high-capacity southern transatlantic connection. Angola Cables is gearing up to establish a data center in the Brazilian city of Fortaleza as part of its construction of a sub-sea cable system connecting Africa with Latin America and the United States.
