20V, 2.5A Adjustable Power Supply with current limiting

This adjustable power supply is based on the venerable LM723C regulator IC and a handful of low-cost components. It provides an adjustable output voltage of 0-20V and adjustable current limit of 0-2.5A. When the current limit is reached, the output voltage drops to keep the current constant and LED2 lights to indicate that it is in current limiting mode.
