A Novel Capacitance Compensating Method for Luminance Uniformity

摘要

To improve luminance uniformity in circular display, a new design is introduced to compensate the capacitance of data line. In this paper, one unique capacitor fabricated by doped poly-silicon and metal1 is developed to reduce the adverse influence of uneven parasitic capacitance on data lines. The luminance uniformity is up to ～95%. The design also simplifies the complexity of process and minimizes the border width.
