摘要

The Wireless Sensor Network (WSNs) is basically defined as highly constrained, self-deployed, and dynamic network. The WSNs is also known as high computational environment with controlled and limited processing, transmission range and also restricted energy sources. In WSN the load and bandwidth consumption is one of the major problems and it strongly affects the active nodes and as well as network life time. Consequently, in this paper present an approach for choosing the group head by utilizing swarm intelligence, for example, Honey Bee Optimization (HBO) calculation. The HBO with a few parameters are utilized over Genetic Algorithm (GA) for powerful cluster head choice. This procedure limits the load and bandwidth utilization. In this work the cluster head determination process is essential to think about the degree, distance and residual energy. The experimental analyses are done by using NS2 tool and implementation on WSN with Clusters of Biosensor for DNA analysis is analysed and consider the different kinds of parameters for evaluation process such as packet delivery ratio, network lifetime and energy consumption.
