Northern Region excursion to Glenfeshie and Gaick

Northern Region's day-long excursion to Glenfeshie in the Cairngorms was attended by a full house of 47 members and friends. So many had wanted to go, the able organiser, Rod Pimm, was forced to turn some away. The lucky ones included the President, James Hepburne Scott; Past-President Chris Badenoch, who had carried out work with SNH at Glenfeshie; Sandy Walker, once a stalker on the estate; and Shelagh McCartan from Alice Holt who published her research on junipers in this journal (Vol 70-2). Fromthe estate were Thomas MacDonell, Steve Liddell and Bob Wilson.
