Natural gas industry leaders join forces to combat methane emissions

THREE GLOBAL ASSOCIATIONS - the International Gas Union (IGU), the International Assosciation of Oil and Gas Produceres (IOGP), and IPIECA - have become associate signatories to the Methane Guiding Principles. These principles have been devised by the Climate and Clean Air Coalition and companies which have signed up include BP, Eni, ExxonMobil, Gazprom, Qatar Petroleum, Repsol, Statoil, Shell, Total, Wintershall and Woodside.
