So much has happened in the environment in the last 25 odd years that mankind finds itself trapped in a maze of its own making. The haste to collect energy resources egged on with the greed to make money has landed the planet in a soup. It has been Man's biggest failing that tangible, attractive but hugely temporary gains of the moment have more often than not clouded his long term vision. As Shakespeare famously said the evil that men do lives own beyond them while the good is oft interred with their bones. There are many examples that prove the point I am making, but none more damning and dangerous than the erosion of our environment and abuse of Mother Nature's bounty in the name of progress and profit. Industrialization has robbed us of open spaces, pushed back our seas, polluted even the air we breathe. Today we are doomed to live in concrete jungles with cheek to jowl walls with floods, Tsunamis melting glaciers and destruction of towns and cities wholesale due to absurdities in weather patterns.
