New rig to drill Whicher Range test

Whicher Range Energy (WEE) and Advanced Well Technologies (AWT) are planning to test the deep drilling capacities of Coretrack's new GT3000 drilling rig on onshore Western Australia's largest known and undeveloped gas resource. The Whicher Range field sits some 200 kilometres south of Perth and has remained undrilled since 2004 despite a soaring gas price since that time.
