Monitor moves to Texas

Having failed to get its entry into an oil production project in Trinidad across the line Monitor Energy has decided to chase hydrocarbons in Texas. The junior has signed a binding term sheet to acquire a 20% interest in an oil and gas project in the US Gulf Coast with the potential for one trillion cubic feet and 10 million barrels of oil.
