Raisama Energy has cemented its position in the Cadlao oil field development, within which operator Blade Petroleum claims it is in default. While Blade has moved to kick Raisama out of the JV, Raisama has made an end run around its unlisted partner by purchasing a 40% stake in Philippines-based VenturOil Inc.
