I have the pleasure to welcome you at this gathering with HE Eng. Amr Abdul Halim on the occasion of the end of his tenure as Egypt's Representative at OAPEC Executive Bureau from December 2012 to May 2015. I would like to take this opportunity to hail our brother Amr's significant role throughout his tenure at the OAPEC Executive Bureau meetings. We knew him: a cooperative and down to earth person with views and additions to all topics introduced during the meetings, which contributed to reaching the best recommendations and decisions supporting the Secretariat General's activities and work.
