摘要

Recently,much attention has been devoted to organo-inorganic hybrid materials due to the tuneability of their structural features and interesting physical properties,especially their use as potential materials for optoelectronic devices.This paperpresents the characterization of new crystalline composites of the layered perovskite type obtained in the systems of divalent(Cu,Sn,Pb,Fe)metallic halides and ammonium quaternary salts of amino alcohols([HO-(CH2)_n-N(CH3)3]~+).The layer perovskites of cho2[Cu_xM_(1-x)Cl4]and chol2[Fe_xpb_(1-x)Cl4]type(where M=Sn,Pb;x=0.00;0.25;0.50 and chol=[HO-(CH2)2-N(CH)3]~+)ham been synthesizea and characterized by electronic and IR spectra,thermal analysis,X-ray diffraction pattern as well as electrical properties.
