Cooper Tire & Rubber Company claims to have reduced energy usage intensity by 18% since 2009, as a result of its sustainability initiatives. In its fifth annual Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Sustainability report -Responsibility the Cooper Way - the company says its has reduced water usage intensity by 7 per cent, landfill usage intensity by nearly 30% and greenhouse gas emissions intensity by 12% since 2009.
