摘要

The line is one of several intended to connect Marcellus and Utica Shale production in the tri-state area of Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Ohio to markets in other parts of the US and Canada. The $1.3 billion cubic feet per day WB XPress is specifically designed to increase gas capacity in Virginia and West Virginia. The project calls for the construction of almost three miles of new pipeline, two compressor stations and replacement of 26 miles of existing pipeline.
