摘要

Satellite image analysis associated with field observations of North Eastern Morocco, allowed to draw the structural map of this area with the principal active faults. Development and geometry of these Tertiary structures were strongly controlled by major anisotropy surfaces in the Hercynian basement Kinematic analysis using numerical methods of fault populations allowed calculating the recent compressive stress direction at NW-SE. This stress tensor undergoes some deviations of direction along the main strike-slip faults zones specified as zones of stress regulation.
