The fate of a tax credit bill vetoed by Pennsylvania Gov.Tom Wolf(D)is now in the hands of the Republican-controlled legislature, which has the votes necessary for an override. The bill would give substantial tax credits to companies that base their petrochemical plants in the state and then use natural gas from Pennsylvania at their facilities. In his veto message,Wolf said he would support such a measure as long as there were a thorough analysis of the project before it is granted the credits.
