Radius rod We next need the radius rod on fig 7 to complete the assembly with two bronze sliders and the block pin. The other two items on fig 7-the eccentric rod and the valve spindle-could also be made at this stage. Make and assemble to the dimensions given. Fine adjustments can be made when we finally set up the gear later on.
