Optimization of the atmospheric corrosivity mapping of Guangdong Province

摘要

Atmospheric corrosivity maps can effectively assess atmospheric corrosion risks and provide guidance for anticorrosion measures. Since the atmospheric corrosion rate of materials is affected by many natural and environmental factors, a dose-response function may establish a quantitative relationship between the influencing factors and the atmospheric corrosion rate. In order to map the atmospheric corrosivity of Guangdong Province, corrosion rate data of 48 exposed sites and the atmospheric and environmental data of 102 monitoring stations were collected first. Then a dose-response function suitable for Guangdong Province was established through function design and then improved through accuracy assessment. Finally, the maps were drawn by different numbers of data and an optimal integrated one was obtained.
