They pursued business after looking at profit centers versus cost centers (this resulted in issues between cost allocations), goal setting, key success factors, management dictates, delivery timing, strategies, incentives, quick problem solving, productivity, large versus small companies involved, reduction in accidents, budgets available, industry clout, barriers, inefficiencies, communications, and more-all versus other materials in target applications. Then came "the human element, the most important asset compared with machinery and equipment. An organization gets the people it deserves." Th people who fit the organization must work well together. One -Will they have freedom or only be followers? Will you have real decision markers? Are they intuitive? Will they have big ears-good at sensing? Or, Two-Are they practical at solving immediate problems? Can they be great at both? Have you ended up with thinkers, or analysts (analysis paralysis) who never make a decision?
