FuelCell Energy raises $30m as it targets 30 MW of new orders

Connecticut-based FuelCell Energy has completed an underwritten public offering of 25.3 million shares of its common stock, at $1.25 per share. The total net proceeds to the company after expenses were approximately $29.4 million.
